Agreement

Consequently, by accessing or using any of the SUPREME HOST services, You acknowledge and consent to these terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and or WEB HOSTING Service. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word “including” means “including without limitation”. If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms will be unimpaired and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law. SUPREME HOST or its parent company SUPREME DEVELOPMENTS may freely assign these Terms. The terms and conditions set forth in these Terms shall be binding upon accessing or using any of the SUPREME HOST services.

  • Changes to the Terms and Conditions

    We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, adjust the Terms Of Service of Use, including our Privacy Policy or Disclaimer & Legal Notice, with or without notice to the Client. Any such alteration will be effective instantly upon open posting. Your proceeded use of our Service and this Site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted Terms.

  • Violate or Infringe

    User hereby agrees that any material submitted for publication on supremehost.ca through user's account(s) does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law or proprietary rights of others, or contain anything obscene or libelous. User's may not host any hardcore adult content or porn websites on our servers. Software intended to facilitate any such violations or infringements may not be stored on supremehost.ca.

  • Accuracy of information

    All the data you submit to our purchase panel or to a in-store technician must be accurate up to date.

  • Purchase Details

    In order to make a purchase, you will need to follow the ordering procedures described via the ordering panel or by phone. Pricing details for services and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the ordering panel, price plan page or for your convenience you are welcome to message me ahead of time.

  • Monthly Payments

    Payment Reminders: Our credit card processor Stripe, Inc. will remit payment for all recurring orders, for services on the monthly anniversary date. It is clients responsibility to make sure the sufficient funds are available on their credit card payment account. It is the customers sole responsibility to make sure that dues are paid on time and the email address on file is working and allowed to receive reminders from Stripe, Inc. or SUPREME HOST. Once a payment reminder dispatched from Stripe, Inc. or SUPREME HOST. it is considered as a valid payment reminder. Stripe, Inc. or SUPREME HOST. does not take any responsibility for non deliverable email addresses or e-mails sent by Stripe, Inc. or SUPREME HOST. not reaching the client destinations, including but not limited to spam filters or network issues. For the first day after payment should have been made; you will receive a payment reminder notice that states you must update your credit card and pay your invoice from Stripe, Inc. The third day and the fifth day, second and third payment reminders will be sent by Stripe, Inc. From the seventh day customer services may be automactically suspended temporarily for non-payment.

  • Public Feedback

    We have a zero tolerance policy for posting negative feedback on any public locations about our company and/or our employees and/or partner companies and/or data centers before submitting a ticket to our "Suggestions & Complaints" Department to discuss your issue, this will result in immediate account termination without any refund. Although it is your right to post feedback without discussing your issue with us first, it is undoubtedly unfair and unprofessional not to, which is not the type of client that we want to deal with. We have the utmost respect for all of our clients, and are more than fair with all of our clients. We will do anything and everything possible to keep all of our clients satisfied. But in the unlikely event you are not satisfied, all that we ask is to discuss your issue with our Complaints Department first. For example, if you are the type of person to run to the forums at the first chance you get to complain, please DO NOT SIGNUP with SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca in the first place. Furthermore, all of our policies that pertain to keeping information given to us confidential including but not limited to our privacy policy, confidentiality agreement, non-disclose agreement are nullified once you discuss your experience publicly. For example, if you make a negative post in public, then you are waiving your protection of privacy.

  • Refunds

    Without waiving any of its other rights under this Agreement, SUPREME HOST offers to its Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on fees for hosting services. If for any reason you cancel your account within thirty (30) days starting from the day supremehost.ca dispatch your welcome email including your account information or the day you place the order with us, whichever comes first. SUPREME HOST will refund your money with no questions asked; provided, however, that you have never previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee. If you have ever previously obtained a refund under the 30-Day Guarantee, your account will be canceled, but no money will be refunded to you. Changes to your service, including, but not limited to, adding new services, removing services, or changing the type of hosting plan you have do NOT make you eligible for an additional 30-Day Guarantee. The 30-Day Guarantee applies to your first order of Web hosting services from supremehost.ca and does not apply to any changes to your service at any time. Our refund policy does not apply to SUPREME TV supremetv.ca or our parent company SUPREME DEVELOPMENTS or any additional items or services, this includes but not limited to Domain Registration, Domain Parking services, dedicated servers, virtual private servers and overage fees.

  • Cancellations

    Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by requesting a cancellation from your members area at panel.supremehost.ca > Services > My Services > Product/Service > View Details > Management Actions > Request Cancellation. SUPREME HOST requires a five (7) day cancellation notice prior to the anniversary billing date for discontinuance or downgrades of month to month services. Failure to supply the requisite five (7) days will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation. All due amounts must be settled in full before we cancel the customer account. Customer understands and agrees that SUPREME HOST does not provide pro-rated or any other kinds of refunds on cancellations. All fees Customer has paid shall be nonrefundable, unless stated otherwise under our any 30 day money back guarantee. All cancellation requests must be made directly via panel.supremehost.ca. Cancellations requests are not accepted by email, postal mail, by phone or via SUPREME TV supremetv.ca or our parent company SUPREME DEVELOPMENTS. If a customer canceled a recurring order by contacting any 3rd parties SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca will not consider it as an account cancellation request. however In such cases, SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca reserves the right to terminate the customer account with immediate effect without any prior notice.

  • 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

    SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca offers a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee. That means your web server is guaranteed operational 99.9% of the time in any calendar month. supremehost.ca guarantee 99.9% service uptime allows for 45 minutes of unscheduled (HTTP) service outage per month as defined here. For each additional 45 minutes of downtime you will receive 10% credit or refund. Regardless of the number of outages, all refunds are limited to one month's hosting service fees and do not include excess usage fees or other nonstandard recurring charges. SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca will not be held responsible for Service Outages resulting from non SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca operated equipment including, but not limited to, Internet NAP failures, upstream network outages or congestion and backbone failures. Additionally, SUPREME HOST supremehost.ca will not be held responsible for delays in the registration or transfer of a domain due to InterNIC-related issues, unscheduled outages, web site specific outrages and outages resulting from malfunctioning customer scripts or applications that are installed by the customer, or for unusual traffic spikes or "denial of service" attacks on customer web sites. Refunds will be issued upon request by the customer and upon determination that a service outage, as defined by this guarantee, has occurred. To be eligible for a refund, the refund request must be made to the Billing Department at the end of the month for the current month (last day of the current month) or within the 1st week of the month for the previous month.

  • Limitation on Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall SUPREME HOST or its parent company SUPREME DEVELOPMENTS (and our suppliers) be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, cost of procurement of substitute products and or web hosting services, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these terms or your use of, or inability to use, the SITE and or web hosting Service, even if SUPREME HOST or its parent company SUPREME DEVELOPMENTS has been advised of the possibility of such damages and or (fines due to laws in some intanational contries). Access to, and use of, the SITE and or web hosting Service is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer system, or loss of data, or any lost profits resulting therefrom.
